Lara Williams – eCPR Trainer and Executive Director

Lara serves as the InteCare Chief Operating Officer, has 20 years of experience working in community mental health developing programs and training that focus on recovery and a person- centered approach. In addition, Lara was key in establishing Allies of Indiana, a peer-run organization with a focus on bringing innovative peer-run initiatives to Indiana and has served as their Executive Director for 9 years. During her tenure, she has helped the organization to become a national leader in Emotional CPR (eCPR) training, receiving multi-year grants from Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction to provide eCPR training across Indiana, assisting with the development of eCPR Canada and the development of a Youth eCPR model.

Kimberly Ewing,  eCPR Trainer & eCPR Coordinator

Kimberly is the eCPR Training Coordinator for Allies of Indiana and an Implicit Bias Trainer, Anti-Racist Trainer, Diversity Trainer, a Certified Olweus Bullying Prevention Trainer and a Cost of Poverty Experience (COPE) Facilitator with lived experience. Kimberly holds a BS in Communications from the University of Indianapolis and a MS in Higher Education from Indiana State University.  As the President of KDE Motivates, Kimberly is dedicated to mental wellness, racial healing, social justice, racial equality, human right, bullying prevention, empowering allies, educating humans of all ages and celebrating diversity.

NaKaisha Tolbert-Banks, Certified eCPR Trainer & Youth eCPR Coordinator

NaKaisha is an Advocate for self-care and a sought after Mental Health and Wellness Speaker. She believes in equitable mental health care for all, to afford individuals the ability to live the best mentally healthiest lives possible. She is the Founder and CEO of D.U.O. EmpowerMEnt Services, a mental health counseling and life coaching firm in Indiana, USA.  She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EmpowerMEnt Life Coach, and eCPR Youth and Adult Trainer.  NaKaisha cherishes her diverse work for over 22 years in the social services field and embraces opportunities to speak to, empower, and engage communities in becoming mentally healthier by fighting stigma attached to mental illness, especially within minority communities. She is a two-time Published Author, volunteer in the community, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Anna is a student of human services, has certificates in human services and addiction studies. Anna is an eCPR Facilitator and an American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED instructor. Anna loves to share eCPR and its life-changing power.

Nikki Myers – eCPR Trainer

Nikki is an accomplished speaker and teacher, MBA, E-RYT500, Yoga Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Addictions Recovery Specialist, E-CPR Trainer and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Born from her struggles with addiction and work with countless students, Nikki is the founder of Y12SR, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery. Based on its theme ‘the issues live in the tissues’, Y12SR is a relapse prevention program that weaves the art & science of yoga with the practical tools of 12-step programs.

Y12SR meetings are available internationally and the curriculum has rapidly becoming a feature of addiction recovery treatment centers.   Nikki’s work has been featured in the New York Times, Black Enterprise, The Huffington Post, Origin Magazine, CBSnews.com and countless podcasts.  She is honored to be a co-founder of the annual Yoga, Meditation and Recovery Conferences at Esalen Institute and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.  Nikki has been featured as a keynote speaker at the International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT) conference and the International Conference on Integrative Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  She was named a Yoga Journal Game Changer and is an honored recipient of the esteemed NUVO Cultural Visionary Award.

Richarde Donelan,  eCPR Trainer

Rev. Dr. Richarde Donelan is the Founder and CEO of Turn North Now (TNN) and also serves as an active Emotional-CPR (eCPR) Lead Trainer and Consultant for the National Empowerment Center. Richarde, lives in Indianapolis, IN where he provides Life and Wellness Coach for education professionals, parents, and college students. As the creator of the TNN Nxt.0 Protocol, he utilizes it in his coaching seminars and presentations on virtual and face-to-face settings. He also designs and facilitates seminars and webinars for mentors and mentees engaged in STEM college-degree courses. He enjoys and values the opportunities to facilitate virtual and live seminars of eCPR training workshops.

Richarde is a “card carrying” life-long learner and Educologist with decades of personal and professional expertise acquired while providing services for individuals, groups, communities, and organizations. Among the experiences and roles are included Ordained Pastor, Biology Teacher, School Leadership Professor, Husband, Father and Non-Profit Board Chairperson. Richarde identifies and advocates the merits of eCPR and the “Nxt.0” Protocol for crossing liminal spaces and living at levels of authentic human-to-human connections and self-empowerment capable of consistently redirecting and recovering the harmony possible in our shared humanity.

Terri Miller, PHD eCPR Trainer

Dr. Terri Miller is the assistant director at Hamilton Boone Madison Special Services Cooperative. In this role, Terri is responsible for numerous projects and initiatives including providing support for staff members who work with students who exhibit significant social emotional challenges. In addition, she provides training on a variety of topics to community agencies. Most recently, Terri has been involved with developing crisis response protocols in 8 school districts in Hamilton and Madison Counties. Terri completed the certification in Applied Educational Neuroscience through Butler University in May of 2017. This certification addresses the importance of human relationships, understanding our stress responses. She is an eCPR Trainer and CPI Trainer. Terri is interested all areas of prevention in regards to academic, social and emotional skill development. Terri is on the Board of Noble of Indiana, Allies of Indiana and the School Board for the Indiana School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Terri has been a classroom teacher, resource teacher, special education department chair, and school psychologist. She earned her Ph.D. from Ball State University in the areas of school psychology and counseling.
