eCPR — Emotional CPR
CONNECT, emPOWER, REVITALIZE
Emotional CPR (eCPR) is a public health initiative designed to teach anyone how to assist others facing an emotional crisis.
There are three components to eCPR:
- Connecting
- Empowering
- Revitalizing
Allies IN Recovery has a certified team of trainers to provide eCPR trainings throughout Indiana. The eCPR training is a 2-day class where participants learn through hands on experience the skills of connecting, empowering and revitalizing to become proficient in performing eCPR. eCPR is recommended for:
- Peer Organizations/Groups
- Mental Health Professionals
- School Personnel
- Public Safety Staff
- Community Organizations
- Family, Friends and Neighbors
- Faith-Based Communities
CEUs are available for: LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LAC, LCAC and CRS
We are currently funded through a grant from the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction to provide eCPR trainings throughout Indiana. If you are interested in hosting a training in your community please email us at lara@alliesindiana.org.
